Looking for fitness buddies

Hello all! I am getting in to the gym and would like someone to chat to about sessions and fitness etc! We could help motivate one another :D

I went to the gym yesterday and jogged at a steady 4.5km/h for 45 minutes and that was my personal best. I am rather achy today mind-you.

If anyone would like to add me, feel free and we can become motivational fitness buddies :D I'm 22 and a student studying a masters in counselling - just a little background :D
