Great ab routine for what? If you want to strengthen your core, do plank variations, let lifts, compound lifts. If you're looking to "target fat" or that area for loss, no exercise will help with that, fat loss comes from diet/deficit. I like a lot of the ab workouts at Fitnessblender.com and the 30 Day 6 Pack on the BeFit Channel on YouTube for working the core.

Are you looking just to show off a six pack? Cause if that's the case, then fork putdowns and table push aways are your best bet.

I usually do bicycles, crunches, mountain climbers, spidermans, and a few other things I don't know the names of but I can describe lol.

    1. One is while holding a medicine ball (or not if you prefer) while on a mat, leaning back in a rocking position and then moving the ball from side to side making sure it touches the ground.

    2. With furniture movers under your feet (cuz that's what my trainer uses) get in a push up position and slide your feet up to your hands so you're in an upside down V position, then walk out your hands back to a push up position. You can also do this backward- start in the upside down V position and slide your feet back then walk your hands backward until you're back in the upside down V position.

    3. Weighted side crunches- while standing and holding a barbell in one hand lean to one side and come back up

These have always worked in the past for me. Good luck!
