Unless you have 75ish+ pounds to lose, 3 pounds a week is in realistic. The less you have to lose, the longer it takes, typically. What your workout is does not matter. Find some cardio you like, add in a solid resistance program, eat at a deficit and weight loss will happen.0

According to your ticker on your page, it looks like you've got about 10lbs to go, so .5 lb a week is more realistic, and maybe even less than that. Those last 10lbs can be a slow process - and this is where your measuring tape comes in handy. You may be losing inches while the scale doesn't move much.0 -
Since you only have 10lbs to do a 0.5lb/week goal is more realistic, and will help ensure that you lose fat, instead of losing fat and muscle with a larger deficit.0

I would just add this, a MODEST deficit. Set MFP to losing 0.5 to 1 lb a week for the best results (most retained LBM and most lost fat). Patience is key.0 -

This is good advice. Follow it and you'll lose those last 10 lbs.
Set MFP to lose 0.5 lbs/week, do 3-4 hours of moderate exercise a week and don't eat back the calories burned (unless very hungry). The weight will come off.0
