So - I've loss a lot of weight from August 2012 to October 2013 - went from 305 to 256. BUT over the past two months - I've put "Holiday" weight back on and am now starting back to where I was, diet and exercise to now include weight training.

To kick this off, I am also doing a 14-day Detox diet where as I only eat: Quinoa, Legumes (Beans, Nuts, etc), vegetables and fruit - and - a multi-vitamin and "Tums" to help offset anything I might be missing.

Is there anything else I might add or take away - thoughts?

What happens after the 14 days and what exactly are you detoxing?

^^^ This is a good read.

I would encourage you to try an approach that will help you find a sustainable approach you can maintain.

I would add food and take away the idea that you have some evil toxins that only "Quinoa, Legumes (Beans, Nuts, etc), vegetables and fruit - and - a multi-vitamin " are going to get rid of.

You know how to lose the weight... You've done this before. Just get back to the basics and make it happen.

Your body detoxes itself. IF you want, eat nothing but whole lean foods, fruits and veggies and minimize processed foods and drink plenty of water. But in the end, a calorie deficit is what gives you fat loss. Reducing sodium and carbs decreases water weight, which will come back when you eat normal.

A big dose of Castor Oil could speed things up.

Seriously OP, "cleanse" is a marketing term. Your body already does this daily with your liver and kidneys. Move more and eat less and you will start losing again. Think long term here. Sustainable choices are always better.

Thoughts? I hate the word "detox" in relation to the digestive system (unless you ingested poison or too much alcohol and need your stomach pumped).

You're not detoxing. You're eating foods. Add things in your diet you plan on eating the rest of your life.

Did you previously put toxins into your body? If not, eating beans won't amount to, well, a hill of beans.
