Strawberries - Raw, 1.5 cup, halves 73

Homemade - Organic Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup 30
Onions - Raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) 23
Squash - Zucchini, includes skin, raw, 1 medium 31
Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced 116
Generic - Raw Cabage, 3/4 cup 18

Protein - Talapia Fish, 4 oz 73
Cauliflower - Raw, 1 cup 25
Tomato Raw - Diced, 1 cup 32
Green Giant - Green Beens, 1 cup 30

I would not do this every day, but I ushely get more nutrition on the days I do because I am filling up with things I know will last. I can almost never eat it all. If I dont I save it so if I want a snack later I have it ready.

I would add a bunch more meat. Protein is essential to muscle retention, along with weight training. But my perfect day generally consist of chipotle and a klondike bar or maybe steak.. Or all of the above.0

Why is that considered best day ever?
It is probably better to be over by 100 cals than under by 200+
There also seems to be a lack of protein in that day's food and no where near enough fat (fat is healthy and essential to health), glad you mentioned most days aren't like this, cause that would be bad.0 -

I do not ushely give advice but............not really the best day ever. If this is more nutrition than normal for you, i'd hate to see what your other days look like. Talapia (4oz) only 73 cals? Seems low to me. 738 cals is not enough for your basic body function anyway.

Add in some avocado, and more lean meat and your golden...Need alot more healthly fats and protein...there's sickly thin and Hot Hot thin. I'd rather be Hot thin

I am thinking she has been hacked, folks. She's on my friend's list and her food doesn't typically look like that at all. Plus, I got a message sent from her with the same stuff and she has never done that before.0
