Still trying to figure out needed calories

My TDEE is 1611. My BMR is 1342. TDEE - 20% is 1289. If I add my TDEE for all 7 days and subtract 3500, it's 1111 calories per day. MFP puts me at 1200. I've been eating at 1350 just so I can stay around my BMR. My exercise is sporatic so I set the TDEE to sedentary. I've maintain the same weight for about a month, without losing. If I don't get a food scale for Christmas I will be ordering one on 26 December. In the meantime, do you guys think I should continue with my current caloric goal until I get a scale? Or lower my calories to the TDEE - 20%? My diary is open.

Perhaps you should do more exercise to allow you to eat more. It's tough eating that little for any length of time.0
