What to do after CLX? Dumbbells exercises?

I'm half way through the third phase of CLX, I can't say I've noticed any result as I was eating at a deficit anyway, but I've lost 3.5% body fat in the last 3 months (lost 10 lbs too), so I'm pretty happy about that.

I'm just not sure where to go from there. I was thinking of just sticking to the program (probably phase 2 as the workouts are shorter and seemed more efficient overall), or just write down some exercises and do series of 8 reps with heavy weights... Any suggestions? Is there a website somewhere that would give a full body workout with dumbbells? Mine go to 45 lbs.
