Last night I participated in a Spinning class for the first time since I was over 300#. What a difference 100 pounds makes in comfort in the class.
I have mostly been swimming. But since I have been on a 6 month plateau with 25# left to go to my goal weight, I figured I needed to add something new.
My arthritic feet tolerate the pressure well. It is sustained impact that hurts.
The bile are the type that have a digital gear display though it is analog tension control. I found I was consistently at or above the range the class leader said we should be at. At least until the last hill climb. Felt good.
He had some deep tracks in the sound track too. Excellent selection.
