barbell squats. go heavy.
Edit: unless those are the squats you already do. I'm just assuming you do body weight or light dumbbell squats from your post - I could be wrong, in which case, ignore this advice.0 -

...and that's barbell squats with HEAVY weights. Seriously, caught a view of my backside one day and it caught me off guard. I was like "Dayum, look at dat booty" in my head...and then I realized it was MY booty. Whaaa? Niiice :-D0 -

Hello:) At 41 years young I have tried just about everything with little results - never living up to the hype. I stumbled upon "Booty Blast" - it comes with 4 DVDs and they range from 15-20 minutes each DVD and I have been absolutely thrilled with it! My booty is hard and firm and lifted - like anything it takes the time and effort but it does pay off I got my set off ebay for a great price - it included the 4 DVDs, Sliders & Booties - I recommend this to everyone no matter what your age or physical ability you can do it0

Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs is a good one and I FEEL that for days!!! Squats and lunges are key for me, I can't do deadlifts anymore due to a back injury but they are great too. Make sure when you are adding weight in a program like stronglifts that you know what you are doing, especially with deadlifts.0

Start lifting!! Do deadlifts, squats, and lunges. Also do weighted glute bridges. Added weight is the key. Addicting too. Check out Mark Rippetoe's YT vids on how to do deadlifts and squats properly. I actually learned something!

squats. in the squat rack, with weight. heavy weight. results are wicked, and they also work the rest of your body (including core)
Also, if you can do it...the stair climber machine (that thing is evil).0 -

Squats, regular/reverse lunges and spinning, especially getting out of the seat and doing climbs with plenty of resistance work for me.
If your butt, quads and core don't hurt after all this...then you're dead. :drinker:0 -

Hey everyone.. one of my problem spots happens to be my booty..
I know the basic butt toning workouts (i.e. squats, toe touches, etc.) But i never see any WOAH results.
I was wondering if anyone has a specific workout that has worked great for them for toning and tightening they're behind!
