I really haven't concerned myself with monitoring my macros, but I know it is something I want to look closely at in the future. Right now I'm typically staying under my calories, carbs, and fats, but going over on protein and fiber. I honestly don't feel like I have a diet high in protein, so maybe it is set too low for me. Is this typical for most people?

I use iifym.com to calculate my macros but mfp's macros are super low on protein, that is the bare minimum. I try to at least meet all my macros and keep them balanced. I wouldn't stay under them as a goal, all are necessary for health ;)

Don't be low on your fats. Don't worry about your carbs. And if you are worried about your LBM, make sure you get about 1g per 1lbs of LBS (+/- 20%.) Other than that, just make sure you are at/under your daily balance on a weekly basis.

Is there such a thing as a high fat low calorie snack? I'm not really sure how to get more fat into my diet.

Generally, it won't be super low in calories because fat has a caloric value of 9 per gram. Nuts, avacados, fish are all decent sources. I like ice cream, too :)

I take Flax Oil pills to get my fats right. 2 pills are 2.5 grams of fat and 25 calories. Easy to adjust to fit your eating habits.

Hmm...maybe I can swap out my typical oatmeal for eggs. Or start buying regular string cheese instead of the weight watchers brand. Hmm....Thanks for those tips.
