Okay I can't get the full 1200 cals in today... I also lost 218 cals with excercise.. so that's extra to eat... I'm so super full what do I do? This is normal for me. I don't eat all my cals. I'm full by this time. It's 9 50p. I'm at 1038 cals.. with another 388 to eat... yeh right! Anybody else go through this?

  • I am right now, but it's because of a new med. I am hungry, but I can't get the motivation to go and eat. I guess that's better than not stopping? :ohwell: I think I am going to try to find a good movie on cable, and go for a munchie that I wouldn't normally do.....100 cal pack popcorn, molly mcbutter, and 100 cal pack hershey snacksters (the kind with the chocolate pieces..... ) The mix between sweet and salty might help my appetite. Pair that with a tall glass of milk, and I might get to 1200. Right now, I've been at work 15 hours and have only eaten 840 cals. I'm a nurse, so I've been on my feet all day, up and down the halls, so I have no idea how much I burned off as far as that goes.

I know that didn't help you any, except to know that there is someone else like you.....:ohwell:

I would recommend eating some peanut butter if you want to get in some more calories (and if you have some)- its full of calories, and you don't have to eat much. 2 tablespoons of regular Jif creamy peanut butter is 180 calories!

If not peanut butter, almonds are high in calories and are great for your health
