Bad choices lead to poor health at young age

I have been trying for years to lose weight and make healthy lifestyle choices. Until just last week, I really didn't take it very seriously. I had a heart attack at the age of 38 on Dec. 9, 2013. No serious family history of heart disease which led me to believe this was due to smoking, sedentary lifestyle, poor food choices as well as lack of exercise. Saw the doctor tonight and she is concerned about diabetes now too. This is for real now. It is time for change. Nothing like fear to make changes. Anyone wanting to support me or need support on their journey, feel free to add me as your friend.
