40 Calorie Nutella Recipe (Yes!)
Do you like Nutella?
That was a stupid question, of course you do. Anyway, make this dip, you won't regret it.
~Black Bean Nutella~
* 1 1/4 cups black beans, blended
* 4 tbsp cocoa powder
* 4 tbsp Truvia baking blend, or other low cal (sugar diluted) sweetener (like Splenda Baking Blend)
* Pinch Salt
* Tsp flour of choice- I used whole wheat
* Pinch baking soda
* 1/2 tsp hazelnut extract, or 1 tbsp hazelnut butter- USING HAZELNUT BUTTER WILL MAKE IT HIGHER CAL.
SERVINGS: 15. SERVING SIZE: 2 GENEROUS TBSP. CALORIES: ~40
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Pour into bowl.
3. Microwave for one minute at 10 second intervals- stirring well between each interval- this gives it that gooey, half-baked texture. KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON IT- and if it isn't gooey/fudgey enough for you after 1 minute, keep doing 10 second intervals until it is.
