How many calories to maintain?

Hi! I didnt work out today or yesterday because ive been having cramps.. Well, i lost a pound, and I was wondering if its okay to have a bowl of cereal tonight? Im craving it pretty badly, but i dont want to gain weight from it. What is the calorie intake for someone who hasnt had any activity? Ive literally been laying in bed all day.. Is it okay to go over 1200 calories, will it do anything?

Also im 117 pounds.
