Is pb2 yummy? Pb is one of my main bad foods so I've been wanting to try pb2 to cut back on calories

    I love it in my oatmeal or smoothies for breakfast. It's not peanut butter but it's an acceptable substitute.
  • Is good to in Shakes or smoothies. If I want it as a spread though I go for the real stuff.

    I've only tried the regular kind, but the chocolate sounds amazing.

    just tried it first time yesterday in a shake & it was really good!
    smells good. havent tried mixing it up with just water n seeing how it is yet though. im sure its good

    I will actually eat a teaspoon of it dry when I have a sweet tooth. Reconstituted is not the greatest but plain, dry is YUMMY!

    Added to other foods or recipes is fantastic also

    I think the regular PB2 is okay and is a good lower calorie substitute than full calorie Peanut butter, but PB2 with chocolate is amazing. I love that stuff!

    You'll cut calories, but also get rid of healthy fats and other nutrients. If you can learn portion control with peanut butter (which is a crucial tool to master anyway), it'll be more beneficial than having your peanut butter in powder form.
