How do you feel tattoo culture?

Some people said tattoo is a bad cultrue, but some of them said nowadays tattoo is fashion. What do you think? I have learnt tattoo for two month, and I know its cultrue is not just fashion and tattoo machine. Sometimes, it can be a show. (from http://www.tattooguns.us)
