Superfood Superboost (by Nutribullet)

Has anyone ever tried this? It's a combination of Chia, Goji, Cacao and Maca.

I have a green drink every morning for breakfast in my Nutribullet. Half greens, half raw unsweetened fruits, and different super foods.

Maca & Cacao nibs go well together. Like a choc malt.
Flax and Goji go well together fruity and nutty.
Chia and Hemp go well together.
Almonds, Walnuts, Sunflower, and Pumpkin seed go well with any.

After only a month I am amazed at how much better I feel.

I think that their "superboost" has all the right things but it would be cheaper to just get the ingredients and pull it together yourself. At least that's what I found when I have checked out what they introduced in their combo packages.

they just did a reasearch on so called ''super foods'' all they discovered that they have same values as some other foods.

i dont say that i dont use maca, chia and goji, but i mix them in my cereal, yoghurt etc.

and i must say that when i started them, for a month straight i didnt feel better at all. ok maybe my mind was tryin to MAKE me feel better, since hell i was eating super foods right? but the next month when i didnt eat it at all, but did eat healthy and lots of veggies and fruits...i felt the same.

Thanks for the info. The four ingredients I am referring to comes all together in one packet. Serving size is one tablespoon and I'm not sure what to mix it with. I have lymphocytic colitis so I can't have high fiber so I have to watch it on the fruits and veggies. I also can't have whey protein but may be able to get by on rice protein.

Anyway, I'm trying to get nutrients without eating foods that really mess up my digestive system, which are many, it sucks! :grumble:

I can't have cereal and I shouldn't have yogurt either but I do have gluten free oatmeal that I could probably mix it with.

What do you mix the ingredients with though? Water? Coconut milk?
