Walking

It may sound really simply... but simply ditching the car and walking to work/shops etc makes SUCH a difference.

In the last year I have logged over 100 walks, totalling 311 miles, taking 86 hours and burning 50,000 calories (it certainly beats cutting down on food even more!)
