exercise frustrations

I have a couple of different chronic muscle things going on which makes it hard to exercise, but I still want to exercise. Every time I try something I end up over doing. I know I can lose weight without exercise but worry about loose skin and having no muscle tone. I have around 100 pounds to lose, I'm hoping that when I lose some more weight I might be able to do more since I won't have as much weight to make things harder. Does that make sense?

    not really to be honest.

    things you need to understand
1.) Diet is # 1. weight is tied to what you eat- not how much you move.
    2.) WALK
3.) if you over do it- do less
    4.) WALK
5.) if you have muscle issues- see a specalist
    6.) WALK
7.) see what specalist says about foam rolling
    8.) WALK
    9.) RINSE LATER REPEAT
    10.) WALK

Couldn't agree more with JoRocka. Walk. Just move. Work on your mobility. Stretch, foam roll, etc. See a specialist regarding your issues. Start with baby steps. Body weight exercises. DON'T OVER DO IT! You didn't get out of shape overnight. It will take some time and trying to rush the process can just make it worse, especially with any physical conditions to overcome. Good luck!

    Thanks everyone

I am under a dr's care and I do walk some, right now even that hurts, I'm hoping physical therapy will help that.

never heard of foam rolling I'll have to ask the PT about it.
