Insanity!

Does anyone know how the heck I would input an Insanity workout into my excercise diary?

    You can always log under Calisthenics, vigorous effort under Cardio.


    Create your own exercise and hopefully you have an HRM to estimate cals burnt.

    I have a Polar FT4 and cals burnt varies by the workout and how much effort I put into it. I'm 5'4", 115 lbs and my cals burnt varied from 350 - 550.

    I created my own exercise and used a HRM. I am 5'6" and about 150lbs and still averaged around the same as pp; 350-550.

    I created my own workout or you can do aerobics high or low intensity I pick either or depending on how I push myself ( this was befor creating my own workout)
