Calcium Requirment Question

Hello
I am pregnant and I need to consume 1000mg of calcium a day. Is the counter for the food diary in grams or milligrams. I am already aware that the nutrients will not be preset to my needs but the diary still helps me keep a tally. I was just wondering. Thanks for any help.

The MFP counter is in % of RDA for calcium. The RDA is 1,000mg, so if your counter gets to 100 then you've reached 100% of that goal! :happy:0
