1 'week down - 51 to go!

Somehow or another dropped 9 pounds my first week back on track! Now before anyone says this is not healthy yada yada yada. Yes I know and I also am not expecting these numbers from here on out. I think my body must've just gone into shock from the detox of fatty foods and alcohol and dropped a few extra! Still it's got me feelng great and super motvated to stay on track until I reach goal and even after during maintenance! Really glad I didn't wait until after the holidays to start! :)

    That is awesome!!! All first weeks are usually big drops so just be happy about it and don't bother with what others tell you. Just be ready as the 2nd week usually sucks in weight loss (but not always!). Good luck on your transformation!
