Hi. I'm new to this site. I've been using it for a week now and it really opens my eyes. I didn't realize exactly how many calories I actually ate a day! So, now I'm really trying to focus! I want to loose about 50 lbs and just feel healthier. I'm trying to exercise more and actually enjoy it. I know it is a long way to go and there aren't instant results but I feel good about taking action and hopefully I will stay motivated as time goes and weight comes off!

    Welcome!! I hear you on the calorie intake, it was the same for me. It's amazing when you actually start paying attention to what you put in your mouth!!

    IM SO TIRED OF PUSHING MYSELF INTO MY CLOTHES,HOW DEPRESSING,THIS PRACTICE OF KEEPING TRACK OF WHAT I ATE IS REALLY HELPING ME OUT,IM WATCHING WHAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH BECAUSE I HAVE TO SEE IT IN PRINT LATER,GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
