Brazilian Butt Exercise!

Hey Girls,
I recently started working out to get a bigger, rounder butt. I know some women are already well endowed in that area, but for anyone who's saggin' or lackin' in the butt area, if you would like some workout tips just give me a shout! I'll just go ahead and tell you that the number one thing you need to do is SQUATS, and do them every week increasing in weight with reps of 10, 8, 6, 4. I'm a small framed girl with a little butt, and let me tell you, these will transform any butt!

    Normally it's the other way round, like me, trying to make mine a bit smaller!!!!! I've always carried a lot of weight around my hips, bum and thighs and this is always the last area for me to lose weight. I am always looking for more butt toning exercises as i do squats already! When i lost weight before i had a bit of a 'saggy bum' and don't want it to go the same way again! :laugh:

    you can also try the 200 squat challenge. It is intense! Helps strengthen the muscles around your knees as well!
