Sugar Question

Hi - I'm new to the site and I'm managing to stay under the calorie amount, but I noticed I was in the negative (red) on my sugar and protein. Does this make a difference? I was really focusing on the calories, so not sure. Right now I'm hungry, I have calories left to use, but I don't know what to eat since I'm in the red on sugar and protein. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

LOL @ Steve.
OP, don't worry about the sugar macro - MFP sets it very low, and almost no one can stay under. Sounds like you have carbs or fat still left to eat! Hmmm....peanut butter sandwich? Ice cream? EAT THEM!0 -
sugar - it calculates all the natural sugars too (which are good for you). Protein - it's ok to go over0
