so i am in the middle of my second week of healthy eating & exercise. Ive been going to the gym every other day (besides a few snow days getting in my way) and have been consuming around 1300 calories a day... staying away from pasta and bread (besides a multi grain bagel in the morning or a wrap) and I do not drink soda, no cigarettes, no alcohol, and lots of water..
its only been 10 days and i notice my arms are stronger and more toned, my stomach is getting flatter, my butt is starting to look more round
at the gym i really focus on weights and end my workout with 20 min of brisk walk on the treadmill on cardio setting
i really want my ideal perfect beach body by the summer so i have 6 months..
hope i can keep this up!
