Getting started before Christmas feels hard. I wanted to wait till after the holidays but if I do I keep putting it off.
Christmas is the hardest but I'm going to not have any seconds, only 1 dessert (easier said than done) and no soda, only 1 glass of wine and then on to tomato juice!
Anyone else just starting before the Holidays? What are your plans for dealing with Christmas meals?
Starting tomorrow I give up all sodas, practice portion control and I will walk for 30 minutes a day with my daughters.

I too have decided to start now - I will always find an excuse and I just plan to practice moderation over the holiday's. good luck!0
