Hello, I'm Nena, and I'm 17 1/2 years old I'm doing this with my Mom.My weight has always fluctuated, for as long as I can remember, but recently I've decided to go Gluten free, partly because the last time I did It helped me lose weight, but also because I feel better about my self. I really want to feel better about my self and look hot for my graduation! :)

So if you have any advice for me or any encouragement let me know.
