    Hardboiled egg mashed up w/tsp Greek yogurt, salt & pepper.-tasted like egg salad! Low calorie! Scoop of cottage cheese with salt pepper & pepperocini-with a couple pretzels, popcorn, laughing cow light cheese on celery

    Carb Master yogurt from krogers,add fruit if you want.I use 1/2 in my smoothie.

    Cook your own or frozen veggies,add to a serving of lower cal soup.

    Frozen grapes.

    Squeeze 1/2 an orange over a serving of fruit.Eat the orange pulp.

    Find a few low cal snacks you like & keep them handy.

    almonds

    fruit
