Wondering who just drinks a smoothie for breakfast and if so what kind do you make. Been thinking about giving up the cold cereal for a healthy smoothie instead.

I drink a smoothie every morning!
This morning it was 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 1/2 cup low-fat milk, 1/2 tbsp honey, and a 1/2 cup spinach.0 -
I drink smoothies/shakes for breakfast or lunch about 3-4 times a week.
I use Herbalife Protein Powder in mine now, but I used make them with yogurt, frozen fruit, ice, and milk
Now I replaced the yogurt with the protein powder... the upside to the new shakes- less calories, more (12oz compared to 20oz), less fat0 -

I do! I attempted to use fresh fruit to make it homemade and it was icky ... Apparently you need to use frozen fruit? Anyhow, I just buy the yoplait smoothies on the ice cream aisle ... 2 servings, 110 calories prepared with milk each. strawberry pineapple mango is the BEST0

I drink a shake first thing in the morning, every single morning and then on the weekdays, after I get back from my walk, I make a smoothie. I use Andrew Lessman's, from HSN and HSN.com, complete meal replacement shakes. I do the coffee flavor first thing in the morning and just mix it with water. It is great! Then, when I make a smoothie, I use either the vanilla or mixed berry mix with strawberries, grapes, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries, (I mix them all up when I freeze them.) and Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt. Or I do either the chocolate or peanut butter mix with frozen bananas, the PB2, and again the Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt.0

I am on several meds and I have not had any reactions. I just chose this specific brand b/c it is convienent-location wise, one of the cheapest, and basic flavors, plus the lady that sells it gave me 50+ recipes for the protein powder shakes
I forgot to say that I also use frozen fruit when I have it.0
