Let's getting ready to looooose some weeeeiiight!

Hello everyone.

So this will be my second go around at My Fitness Pal. My first serious round I had lost 30 lbs with going to the gym 3-4 days a week and eating around 1800 calories. To begin with I am taking a few steps at a time. Such as, incorporating more water again, and eventually cutting back. Since I have stopped, I have increase my eating and not taking into consideration what I am putting into my mouth. I have slacked, especially November/December with the holiday season. So, since Christmas is almost here, and I now have a wedding to get ready for, I am starting to monitor again. I have maintained pretty well, so it's not even that I strayed away from what I was doing, I just have been more careless and have not being doing any activity at all.

I despise the gym so I will be doing a mix of jillian michaels and zumba at home.

I am looking for some friends to help me along to my next goal of another 30 pounds.

Will you help me?
I'd be glad to help you! :)

Liz

I think that it is great that you are getting back to it. I am also not a fan of the gym and have been watching what I eat, and I do the jillian micheals workout as well. I am now on the ripped in 30 butt kicking workout lol. I would be happy to help you along in your journey, take it one day at a time and don't beat yourself up about anything.
  • Hey ! That's so great that you're getting back to it ! I'm trying to get into it but it's not really easy sometimes to know the quantities ^^
I'm new here and I'm also looking for some friends to support each other so if you are interested add me ;)

    Hey There

Congratulations you can do it! You just have to want it. This is my 4th time using MFP all three times previously I lost about 10lbs and then gained it back times 3. This is the first time i have stuck to it and that is because I took it one step at a time and I still allowed myself to give in to my cravings in moderation and I kept telling myself I can do it, now I am saying the same thing to you. You can do it!

Sometimes we stumble but as long as we keep pushing forward instead of giving up then the light at the end will be closer. You or any of the poster can feel free to add me if you want!
