I Can't Exercise. Can I Just Diet to Lose last 20 pounds??

Hi Guys,

I am a working Mom and I tried to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and started on an exercise routine (P90) and others several times only to discontinue in the middle. The reason was not less motivation but my work and /or my 18 month old daughter ( now 2) getting sick so I had to be with her all day etc, etc.

I have lost 30 pounds 2 times before by exercising and watching what I eat..so I know what to do.But I didn't have a kid then. I have to lose 20 pounds to get to my goal...actually 25 but that's the best case scenario. I'm not finding any time in my Jam-packed schedule to work out which is how I lost weight earlier.

Now I need someone to say " I just lost and kept weight off only by dieting" . Now I am not very Over weight but I am Hypothyroidic ..so losing weight is very difficult for me. I used to exercise a lOOOT to lose weight. Can I lose 20 just by dieting.. Need some advise and examples.
