I am really off my game lately. I am very irritable and edgy. I am cussing like crazy over stupid things.It may be stress or a need to concentrate on my needs solely for a while. I have asked my daughter for a break from babysitting for 2 weeks while I get back to the gym and focus on myself. I have gained 5 pounds this week from stress eating and have to stop this now! Just saying..............!

    Sometimes we do put ourselves on the 'back burner' and need to reorganize. Glad you took charge!

    Don't be so hard on yourself - we all have been there at one time or another. Right now, I'm up almost 4 lbs. since Thanksgiving and I'm not liking it at all. I have to stay away from the candy and cookies I made (for others) and the ice cream my husband so thoughtfully bought me for my birthday. No he didn't just buy an ice cream bar, he bought the whole gallon. He said I needed to celebrate because it was my birthday and since I hadn't had any ice cream for a long time, he thought it would be a treat. I don't need that much treat!!.....Oh well, we will get through this and come the first of the year we will pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and start all over again. Thinking of you my friend.........:drinker: :flowerforyou:
