I'm finding that most days I'm over my protein! I'm doing just fine with calories, fat and carbs..I'm usually a bit under! Will eating too much protein effect my weight loss??

good question! I asked my husband the same thing.. because I go over my protein every single day! He said something about needing it to build muscle, blah blah blah, I wasn't really listening  All I heard was that it was ok, and that was good enough for me!

    Hey Shash

I'm always over my on my protein and under on my carbs and fat but this is PERFECT according to my gym instructor! They recommend eating more protein to fill you up and so I eat protein with every meal (sometimes just a yoghurt) and I've noticed since replacing my carb snacks (like muesli bars) with protein based snacks (even a skinny latte is okay!) i am a lot more fill for longer.

So in my opinion it is GREAT :):)

Protein is good for you, as long as it's coming from natural sources. You can adjust your protein/carb/fat ratio on your profile accordingly. I have a hard time meeting my protein quota with mine set at 35% carbs, 40% protein, and 25% fat
