    I didn't read the whole article but I saw this on the news, if you drink water before you eat then there is less room for food so you get full faster

    I saw this on the news today it isnt that it makes you fuller it helps with muscle and digestion. 2 glasses before all meals can help you lose 5 more pounds a week on average then not drinking before meals.
