    I added weights to a 45 lb bar thinking it was a 25 pound bar. Layed down and tried to bench press it and couldn't get it back up off my chest. No spotter so had to yell for help. Rescued by 2 boys age 15. Rookie move I guess.

    I want to move somewhere warm and work either on a military base or in a VA. In ten years we'd probably move back home to settle down while the kids finish high school.
