    Pan sauteed Tilapia with either Valley Fresh Steamers frozen veggies that steam in the bag in 8 minutes or a baked sweet potato. I can have this meal on the table in 15 minutes. I, too keep Tilapia and chicken breasts in the freezer at ALL times. : )
    I also do the George Foreman chicken breasts. We also like to have eggs and turkey bacon with toast alot. (my husband can cook this one!).
