I'm not going to disparage the hardworking people in law enforcement... but some of the policies they follow don't make sense.
Technology has advanced far enough that it can email a picture of the culprit after failed attempts to unlock the device... AND include a map to their location.
I'm just trying to debate the policy and not their work ethic.0 -
No, they are busy enough, I believe the carriers are on the right track with a GSM blacklist database that they can populate based on stolen device IMEIs (similar to CDMA Esn listings) (unless you have proof (app with a pic or something, but even those can be suspect)0
