Sitting in a bathing suit...or anything form fitting

So I eat healthy, am trying to lose some fat, lift 2-3 days a week, and do some kind of cardio every day, even if it's just walking around my college campus. Anyways, when I sit down I feel so insecure because I have rolls, and yes I know you can't get rid of them, but I'm in good shape, not overweight, you guys can see my pictures, why are they still so much, and even if I sit up straight it's still gross looking even if there are no real rolls. It makes me want to cry when I think about it because I do so much and it's not helping. What can I do, I feel like the more I do the less I like my body, I got to a good point over the summer and since it's just gone downhill even if I'm physically smaller or the same size as then.
Who has this, what can you do, pics? info? anything

Most people have rolls. That's why even super models get photoshopped.
There is a hysterical thread floating around here somewhere of fake before and after 'five minute diet' pics of people standing up straight in one picture, then five minutes later taking a picture of them slouching.
And here it is:

No one looks good all the time, in every position, from every angle.0 -
You are being too hard on yourself. From the pictures you have posted you look great, and I am guessing those rolls are not nearly as noticeable as you think they are. If you are like many people, you judge yourself much more harshly than others do. You are fit and attractive, and I can't imagine that sitting down would make you gross.0

Honestly, I think every young girl goes through this and what solves it is we grow out of it, or at least learn that we're never going to look like the models and that no one even cares because we're all human and have human shapes and that includes rolls.
If you feel like this body image issue is a big detraction from your happiness, I'd suggest seeing a college counselor.0 -
If I knew how I would post a picture of myself at 17 in a bikini. I was approx. 100 pounds, 5'2" tall. I was proportionate and not too skinny for my frame. One picture I am sitting straight up, shoulders back and turned and I look great. 2nd picture I wasn't ready and mom snapped the shot.........rolls......3 of them! LOL. Now you KNOW at 100 pounds I didn't have any fat on me. I had no car, walked everywhere and danced 3-4 nights a week. Waited tables for a living. I was in great shape. Healthy.
The body has skin! Skin and with us women unless we are working towards leaning out we will have fat under that skin. It takes a LOT to work that out.
You look great. I promise you when you are my age looking back at those pictures you will be saying "Pfffft if ONLY!!"
Enjoy your body while it is young honey!!0 -
