What makes you lose dedication? Do you set small goals for the week? Attainable goals? Or do you focus on the large one? Remember that it takes at least 3 weeks to make something a habit. Start with small changes and don't be hard on yourself, just do what you can and try to make better choices then before and it will start following.

You can do it. Have you decided on any type of exercise regimen? Have you set out a plan for yourself? Have you set yourself up with friends that will help you stay committed? or friends you can talk to when you are having a tough day?

You need to do everything in your power to make it successful for you. Find out why you lose dedication and see if there is a way to change it. For me it used to be that I wanted to see weight loss quick....but this is unhealthy, and unattainable for the longterm. Once you get the mindset in order there isn't anything you can do to stop yourself :)

  • I'm looking for the same thing! I always give up on myself when it gets tough. I want to take charge of my health and my life this year! Accountability is necessary to succeed. :)

I'm in. Its really hard to get off track and get back on. Perhaps support will help.

its easy to get off track, but hard to get back on. You have to make a plan for yourself and take it day by day. Seek as much support as you can to aid in your journey. Believe in yourself. Only you can make the changes. If you want it bad enough you will realize how important it is to you and do what you need to in order to reach your goal. If you do go off track, learn from it. Don't beat yourself up, see what happened to see if you could do something different the next time. Always look forward, only look back to reflect on and learn from.

If you believe you can, then you will!
