Read the forums, ask questions and educate yourself.

    Do this ^^^^^

Asking for a 'coach' around here, is pretty much inviting a whole slew of Beachbody coaches to stalk you.

I agree with the previous poster. The only person you are accountable for your weight loss is YOU.

    Sure. Step 1:

    Squats and deadlifts.

Uh, she asked for DIET coaching.

OP, find your TDEE. (just Google search "TDEE calculator") Eat 20% fewer calories than that number every day. Be patient. Maybe exercise a little, in whatever form of your liking. That's it.

Uh, do you even squat and deadlift?

Regardless, I'm changing my advice to:

Are you weighing and measuring your food?

I read this as "diet couch," that I could be, but a coach, not likely...

Maybe there's a market for us as 'diet coaches....?' I mean, I lost a few lbs, so I must be an expert now, right?

Well, for the right price I could be your couch and Hayley could be your coach. We'll give you a better deal for the package.

So long as we can come to a reasonable agreement on remuneration, and you can please sign a statement attesting that you will not be relying on my advice, sure.

Soooo . . . shall we talk numbers?

So I tried this and I only dropped my BF by 1/3 and lost 22 pounds. Wait...oh hell yeah, this works great! If you get stuck, just remember it isn't a straight line, for giggles go to people's walls(mine) and see the numbers and dates and you'll be fine. Now get your backside in gear....
