Me!!!!! I have failed one to many times year after year after year! I will make 2014 MY YEAR! I'm making it my goal to lose my 100th pound (to weigh 169) by December 31st, 2014!!!!! I'm setting myself on a strict Jillian Michaels exercise routine all year round in addition to squat challenges, crunch challenges, using my treadmill, biking and walking. I'll be keeping a much closer eye on my nutrition this coming year too. Forcing myself to make better choices, keeping my carb intake low and my proteins high. I'll be doing weekly (every Saturday) and monthly (1st of every month) weigh- ins and monthly (1st of every month) measurements and progress pics! I will also be logging my exercise and nutrition daily as well as motivating my friends daily! Please feel free to add me (anyone!!)0
