New here and pumped to get started on my program!

After getting some great results by a lifestyle change (lifting weights and eliminating "white food") I did a number of years ago (and then let it all slide) I am ready to get back after it. I was kind of dreading "getting started" but I have spent the last couple of days getting mentally prepared to make the changes I want to make and tonight I'm pumped about tomorrow.

I'm starting Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30" tomorrow (although I've never used a video program before) and am returning to my "no white food" food lifestyle. I have 30 days til Hubs and I go on a warm weather vacation! Tonight I cleared an exercise space, found my mat at the back of the closet and watched the video to see what else I might need. After watching the video I'm in "can do" mode. Whoo Hoo!

I've really appreciated the encouragement of a couple of very kind people who friended me yesterday and would very much welcome more friends!! The more the merrier! :)

    Would love more friends. Please friend me and we can be a support for each other. I have a habit of gaining and losing and so goes the yo yo! I really have to stop this. I need to drop twenty! Maryann
