Add me and let's motivate each other !

Hey there! It was almost a year ago when I weighed 320 pounds. Now I am down to 265 pounds! How me loosing weight all started. I loved to eat taco bell and mcds and I loved to drink soda and energy drinks almost every day. one night after a shower, I was about to go get some taco bell and hog out and then I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and asked myself, "is this what I really want?" Well I said no and right then and there I dropped most of it from my eating and drinking habits. It was January 5th 2013 and this was not a new years resolution. I did this for myself. I want to weigh around 230 pounds and the last time I weighed 230 pounds was 8th grade. We all had to get weighed for GYM class and I was the heaviest in my class and the second heaviest kid made fun of me, even though I only weighed 3 pounds more. It sucked but I kept eating all my favorite foods. Oh well. I am happier and more energentic now than I have almost ever been! I picked up running a few weeks ago and can run a mile in less than 10 minutes!!! Add me for some motivation and I will do the same for you! Keep up the good work y'all and Merry Christmas!
