I don't lose weight but i love Fitness! pls help

Hi Guys, i would like to share what i'm doing since i'm not losing weight.
I'm losing body cm and probably gain muscles i mean i feel stronger than i was but let me know if i'm doing something wrong
Every morning i run (HIIT) from Monday to Friday for 30 minutes (5 km) and 3 times a week i try to do Rebounding for 40 minutes.
I eat around 1300 Kcal / day and i know i need them for do excercise.
Am i doing something wrong or it's all ok? i'm I'm 1 meter high and 67 and i weight 123 lbs.

working out is for your head- your heart and for your body.
it is not for weight loss.
Calorie deficit creates a weight loss.
so working out can help- but it only helps by creating a potentially larger calorie deficit. I say potential because often times people say "oh I worked out I can eat X or Y- I deserve" and now you have taken away your calorie deficit.
MOST people- over estimate the amount of loss exercise creates- and under estimate the food they consume- so not only do they undo the deficit- they usually eat more "because they deserve it. "
work on logging/tracking maintenance- figure out what your base line that you eat is
Focus on getting a small deficit in your diet- 250-500 calories-
work out to feel good
benefit from the work.
