I hear Jazzercise is awesome.
This gif wins Christmas! Love the grinch!0 -
You'll ruin your thigh gap with all that strength training. You need to do yoga to lengthen your muscles.
That's broscience. You can't lengthen your muscles. Yoga lengthens your bones.
Not if you eat clean
Oooh, does the magical clean fairy bless you with thigh gap?
She's actually more of a hamadryad. Fairies just do the tooth thing.
Is that a good way to eat your veggies?
With your teeth? Preferable...
I heard juicing is better than using your teeth. It helps you detox.
you are clearly not a friend of the trees . . .0 -
I hate to rain on anyone`s parade, but remember that body shape is to a large degree based on genetics.
Yes you can make improvements, but if your tendency is to have slim legs, they will always be relatively slim.
i speak from experience here--I have naturally skinny legs, as do most of the women in my family. Yes, I have built some muscle in my legs over the past couple of years, but my tendency is still to have slim legs and a chunky middle.
Now if someone could tell me how to get rid of the chunky middle before my legs disappear, I would be in business!0 -

Well, to be honest, they are lazy and shiftless.
I'm not prejudiced. Some of my best friends are satyrs.0 -
Eat in a calorie surplus.
Lift heavy, weights that challenge you and where you progress. Focus on lower body exercises if that's the area you want to gain in (although upper body is important too, for balance between the two and all) Squats, deadlifts, lunges.....
Classes have their place, but a lot of them even ones with weights are more cardio than strength training as while they may feel difficult, they're a lot higher reps, more endurance. They won't really give you muscle gain or make your legs chunkier, they'll just help to maintain more of your existing muscle, if you have a lot of weight to lose, than pure cardio will. Even then, a proper strength training program would probably do a more efficient job. I speak from experience of BodyPump classes, I know nothing about legs bums and tums.0
