Hello fellow MFP's !!
I have been on MFP before, however i stopped coming on seeing as school started up again, and i wasn't having much success in the past. However, I am back, and I would like to try and stick to it!!!
I would just like some help from others on to what would be a good workout plan for someone who not only wants to lose a bit of weight, but always wants to tone up? I don't like going to the gym, and with a student budget, I don't really have the money, however I have been looking into personal trainers, but don't think thats going to work out as i would have hoped.
I mainly just do my workouts at home, in the basement, I dont have really any work out equipment, I do have a yoga matt.
So on this note, what would be the best workout plan, for someone who is basically just starting out?
I do count my calories, I just have a hard time staying motivated, and sticking to a workout plan.
Thanks for any and all help !!

I have the same problem when it comes to working out. Being a student I don't really have a lot of money to go to a gym or get a trainer. I wanted to lose weight and get in shape. What I do is find DVD workouts. I have bought zumba, turbo jam, and tae bo. I usually find cheaper versions of the DVDs on amazon or something and just do those workouts in my bedroom. Those are now some of the only workouts I will do and it has worked wonders for me and it doesn't cost a lot.0
