Happily married guys investing in some health

Ok fellas, let's get to supporting each other. Married life is a lot of things but conducive to healthy eating it is not. So let's help each other control their health to feel better and be happier. Who's in?

    Don't folllow your logic at all - every study I've seen suggests that married men eat more healthily and live longer.
    Please explain!!

    I do a lot of the cooking in the family plus I pack my own lunches. You can always take control of what you put on your plate and on your fork. If the fam' makes something "unhealthy", make suggestions subtle suggestions on how to make it healthier.

    Part of the reason I'm doing this is to be a role model for my family. Over time, the meals have gotten healthier, portions smaller, fewer snacks, and we have gone out to eat much less. Most importantly, the 20+ lbs that I have dropped has resulted in a noticeable NSV of me having to buy new clothes. It is slowly getting contagious in my family and paying dividends.
