2014 Lose 15lbs FINALLY

I noticed something today by taking pictures of myself. I am alot fatter than I thought. I need to lose 15lbs to meet target weight of 140lbs. I am 5'9" and will be eating roughly 1500calories every day. I will be measuring and weighing everything but won't bother to log unless it's a food im really unsure of or like eating out at a restaurant or something. I am getting a Fitbit for Christmas to count my calories burned per day and getting some nice UnderArmour pants!!! Im really excited and want to do this once and for all! Well expect if i decide to have another child but i will deal with that if it happens. Goal in mind now, is lose 15lbs by the end of May. So that's aiming for about a .5lb loss each week. I am going to do cardio 3 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week. Anybody wanna cheer me on, please do!!!!

Also, people might ask - why 140lbs? My answer is because that i the weight i was that i felt my best at. I was so happy and want to feel that euphoria again!
As for the weights, I think im gonna do light weights once a week and heavy compound move weights twice a week.
Cardio - badminton, walking/jogging, elliptical, dancing.

    Sounds like a great plan but wouldn't it just be easier to log your food so you know how many calories your consuming?
    How do you plan to 'roughly eat 1500' if you're not logging?
