Hi there. My name is Nikki and I am SICK and TIRED of being overweight. My goal is to lose about 70 pounds in however long it takes [most likely 70 weeks, 1lb/wk is my goal] Please give me some tips. [I HATE RUNNING] <-- that makes things somewhat hard. I do cheerleading and Zumba fitness and Just Dance 4 whenever i get bored.
